Ingredients: tiny bottle comes with uncut essential oil blend made of clary sage, frankincense, eucalyptus and grapefruit.
How to use: Inside the tiny black bag you’ll find one harmony hoop ready to go (the black bag is filled with a couple drops of “breathe” oil so your hoop is ready to be placed on your nose) Once the smell has dissipated you can add it back to your black bag and keep it there for a few hours or overnight. Add an extra drop or two of oil once your black bag looses its scent. Don’t forget each kit comes with 2 harmony hoops. Woohoo!
